Color Rarity not working?

| Hi fellow EL members and staff,
I discovered the new Color Rarity page, and I clicked. And I got this:
"If you see any missing colors or incorrect info, please post here. Thank you!
Press Ctrl + F to search for a color or breed faster. Our Color Rarity list is split into 3 lists for easier and faster viewing.(Note: Horse Color Rarity % as listed in BBB is based on spawn rate and not ACTUAL overall color rarity.)"
Where am I to view the list? Is it down, or not finished yet?

And no, when I click on that link, I get this message:
